Job Description

Amishargas Hotline:

Customer service/emergency hotline, incoming calls only, hotline operates 24/7 morning, evening and night

Call center operating hours:

Morning shifts Mon-Thu from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM + overtime as needed, Fridays on alternate days from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (regular customer service)
Day/night shifts The hotline becomes an emergency hotline, receiving calls from the company's customers who want to report something unusual, such as a gas smell/leak.
Lunch shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Night shift from 23:00 to 08:00 (night shift workers from home only)

There is an option to work only in the morning, without evening/night shifts.
And there is also flexibility in terms of shifts.

Training at the company's expense, course duration between 3 and 5 days
Before the course, there is a process of tests + an introductory conversation with the call center manager.

Job requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer applications
Good Hebrew
