Job Description – We’re Hiring! The TGML plant, part of the TG Group, is currently being established in the Migdal Tefen Industrial Park. Spanning 6 dunams, it is the first of its kind in Israel and features machinery based on unique automation technology. We are looking for hardworking and curious individuals to join our teams. The position is open to both men and women.
Requirements –



Experience: Experience in maintenance management at an industrial manufacturing plant based on robotic and computerized machinery or in the wood industry, as well as experience in team management.
Education: Associate’s degree in engineering or technical field.
Skills: Strategic thinking, ability to think outside the box, attention to detail and organization, ability to work under pressure.
Advantages: Willingness to work shifts, certified electrician’s license with industry experience, work-at-height certification, forklift license.



Scope of the role – Full-time (182 hours), on-site, Tefen Tower.
