Job Description:

Reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications
Preparation and implementation of a Build In Quality concept including PPAP, Inspection Plan, Control Plan, PFMEA
Writing CMM measurement programs and performing correlation
Inspection and acceptance of holders, gauges, tools and other equipment
Preparation of IMS (Inspection Method Sheet) audit sheets including employee training
Participation and support in Quality Clinic activities
Preparation and submission of special permits such as Concession/Deviation Permit, etc.
Analysis and treatment of current delays and MRB inventory,
Preparation of quality procedures and specifications.
Preparing FAIR and handling Customer Approvals
Collect and process SPC data
Support for customer audits, third-party audits, and internal audits
Meeting goals and ensuring efficient and high-quality service to internal and external customers
Meeting deadlines and adhering to quality standards and quality assurance procedures
Setting up stations to perform in-process quality verification
Defining quality requirements for orders from subcontractors and suppliers
Defining and implementing self-audit processes in the factory, including employee training
Training of inspection and operations employees on quality issues in the factory.
Collaboration with managers and employees.


Requirements:


At least one year of experience in engineering/quality engineering or quality assurance in industry - an advantage
Highly motivated, reliable, honest and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team as well as the ability to work and be self-motivated.
Ability to express oneself, systemic vision, ability to strive for a goal and meet goals.
Mastery of basic Office applications - required
Basic English reading and writing – required, speaking – an advantage
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, independence and a big head
