The essence of the role:


Responsibility for production planning and purchasing using the Priority system
Daily MRP management
Opening work orders and purchase requisitions
Track shortages and coordinate supplies—identifying bottlenecks and risk in real time


Areas of responsibility:


Daily MRP run (packages) and maintenance of product purchasing data
Daily running of a deficit report
Opening work orders for production as needed and in accordance with procedure
Opening purchase requisitions
Planning and scheduling of HG / rigids
Operation of new and existing projects - breakdown of product tree according to areas of responsibility: (purchasing, production, quality, marketing) - control and monitoring
Identifying critical channels and raising flags when identified
Responsibility for maintaining system nodes


Requirements


Relevant education
Experience in performing technical documentation for 2 years or more in a manufacturing company.
Priority control - a must!
Excellent command of EXCEL
Experience in the machining industry - a significant advantage
