Job Description
Maintenance person in electromechanical systems.
Subordination: Maintenance Manager
Location: Tefen Industrial Zone
Scope of the position: Full-time + willingness to work overtime as needed.
General description of the role
The position includes responsibility for control systems and electromechanics.
The machines in the factory are controlled remotely, especially by the product design systems. They receive a command from a system
From an external computer to the product dimensions, the system plans the product parts from raw materials to operations.
The processing.
Each machine has its own control cabinet, which contains programmed computerized control components.
The maintenance person has knowledge of electricity and electromechanics, programming skills, and is responsible for the environment of the robots and machines.
Ongoing maintenance of the environment to prevent operational failures and downtime, including management of returning the system to work after
constipation.
Ability to manage a section of the spare parts warehouse, and a small electrician to help.
Relevant technological training and proven experience in the field are required. Residence within an hour of the factory, preferably
Relatives.
Confirmation of electrician certification at a level to be decided later.
The maintenance department includes a meticulous spare parts warehouse that will allow for any reasonable repair of automation systems, and will prevent the systems from stopping to wait for spare parts shipments. There are also small repair departments, a small electronics laboratory,
Electric parts processing type activity and will be carried out in the factory or outside the factory under the management of the factory engineer.
Main areas of responsibility
Control of ongoing operation and maintenance of computerized and robotic production systems.
Responsibility for improvements to machines, monitoring the operation of machines with an impact on product quality
Work support systems: conveyors, carts, lifts, etc. Includes various topics in maintaining the building and the electrical systems that power the building's machinery and lighting. Functioning of entrance gates to the building,
An option for hydraulic systems, although not a priority at all, and pneumatic or other operation is possible - not on the agenda at this stage.
Job requirements:
Mechanical/Software Engineering degree is an advantage,
Certified electrician required
Experience working in a manufacturing environment – a significant advantage
Familiarity with the world of carpentry – an advantage
Previous experience in integration with multiple manufacturing systems
Excellent interpersonal skills, order and high self-management ability
Residence in the north of the country – mandatory (proximity to the Tefen area)
