IBR Quality Auditor
Job Description:
The Quality Auditor is responsible for performing quality checks during and at the end of the manufacturing process, including independently performing LAYOUT and correlation checks. This role also includes using advanced measuring equipment, performing geometric and visual inspections, completing test results reports, and understanding quality requirements from relevant drawings and standards. The Auditor will work with multiple disciplines simultaneously and will be required to be thorough, accurate, and stand by their positions.
Main areas of responsibility:
Performing LAYOUT and correlation tests independently and reporting results.
Use of advanced measuring equipment: CMM, OGP, TRIMOS, special gauges, height and diameter gauges.
Understanding quality requirements from relevant drawings and standards.
Performing inspection activities during the production process and final inspection, including filling out inspection sheets.
Performing geometric inspections (in process and at the end) and visual inspections (permitted and prohibited defects).
Checking product marking and identification before packaging.
Completing "Inspection Instructions" sheets for each product, including equipment, test level and method, and final identification marks.
Job requirements:
Experience in quality control, especially in technology or precision industries.
Knowledge and experience in using advanced measurement equipment: CMM, OGP, TRIMOS.
Reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications (Hebrew and English).
Ability to work across multiple disciplines simultaneously.
Accuracy, thoroughness and high self-discipline.
Good command of the Hebrew language is mandatory.
Experience in aviation is an advantage.
