Fifty (work managers) for production halls
Job Description:
Managing a team of workers in production and integrating them into production according to their skills.
Preparing machines, setting up workstations, production lines and packaging products for serial production and for testing releases and returns in production.
Stopping a machine during a malfunction or during product production when a shift manager is not available to come and take care of it.
Filling out and documenting a shift personnel report and filling out work hours and submitting it to the production manager.
Handling disciplinary issues during the shift and referring the employee to the responsible manager/Human Resources.
Responsible for employee safety and health during the shift.
Responsible for factory security during the shift.
Responsible for documenting a daily production plan and submitting it to the production manager.
Responsible for cleanliness and order in the production hall.
Job requirements:
Experience in managing a department/employees and operating a production hall.
Industry experience - an advantage
Familiarity with the plastics industry – an advantage
Willingness to work full-time + overtime
Mobility – a must.
