Customer Service - Visa Call
Visa Center as follows:
Customer service center, incoming calls only.
Hotline operating hours
Sun to Thu from 8:00 to 16:00 /16:30 excluding Friday/Saturday
There is an option for overtime until 6:00 PM (not mandatory, it is a choice)
There is also an option for an evening shift from 12:00 to 21:00. This is also a choice and not mandatory.
Training at the company's expense, course duration 10 days at the same hours from 8:00 to 16:00
Before the course, there is a process of tests + client approvals.
Job requirements:
Knowledge of computer applications
Fluent Hebrew.
Constraints: You can consider an option for a nanny position from 8:00 to 15:30 / 15:00
Not suitable for a student position
