Management skills course for mid-level managers

An opportunity for professional and personal growth for industry managers.

The course is designed to provide mid-level managers in factories with an applied toolbox for leading teams and achieving goals in a changing work environment. The program combines theory with practical tools, including personal consulting sessions with the lecturer.

• Main study topics: leadership and influence, communication styles, teamwork, employee motivation, time management, conflict resolution and labor law.
• Lecturer: Idan Azulai – personal trainer, group facilitator and psychotherapist using the CBT approach.
• Opening: 29.6.2026
• Scope: 13 sessions (65 academic hours) + 2 personal meetings.
• When: Mondays, between 9:00 AM and 1:15 PM.
• Location: Migdal Tefen Local Industrial Council.
• Cost: 3,600 NIS + 200 NIS registration fee (special discount for Tefen factories: 3,450 NIS + registration fee).
