Manage customer projects from order receipt through production, delivery, and final handover, while working closely with the engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain departments.
The role includes creating schedules, monitoring project progress, resolving obstacles, communicating with customers, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements, schedules, and quality standards.
Areas of Responsibility:
Leading projects from the order stage through to customer delivery.
Developing and managing schedules, priorities, and milestones.
Coordinating between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and the supply chain.
Monitoring project progress, identifying delays, and providing solutions.
Ongoing communication with clients regarding status, schedules, and deliverables.
Monitoring costs, meeting targets, and improving work processes.
Requirements:
Experience in project management in a manufacturing/industrial/machining environment – required.
Understanding of machining processes, production planning, and reading technical drawings.
Ability to work with multiple interfaces and clients.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and adherence to deadlines.
Advantage:
Experience in a CNC / machining environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
Relevant technical/engineering education.
Work hours:
Full-time, Sun–Thu.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
