About the role:
Providing personalized support throughout the vocational rehabilitation process for a diverse population—including individuals recovering from brain injuries, cancer, or post-traumatic stress disorder—as part of a holistic rehabilitation program.
Developing and establishing employer relationships to facilitate the integration of individuals in rehabilitation into the open labor market
Facilitating groups and delivering theoretical and practical content.
Working in a multidisciplinary team
Job Requirements:
Empathy, capacity for acceptance, and a therapeutic orientation alongside a practical approach
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Independence in the field alongside multidisciplinary professional teamwork
Bachelor’s degree (preference for the field of therapy/social work)
Car – required
