Responsibility for the administrative and operational support of the sales process, from the stage of receiving the inquiry/order to
for final delivery to the customer. The role includes working with existing and potential customers in the local market, supporting the team
Field sales and synchronization between company departments (logistics, finance and production), as well as responsibility for trade products in collaboration
Full operation with operations and warehouse.
Areas of responsibility:
•
Issuing price quotes, receiving orders and entering them into the system, coordinating delivery dates with the TAPI, and approving them for the customer.
•
Coordination of deliveries, preparation of sales documents, preparation of delivery instructions.
•
Coordinating transportation and following up on shipments while maintaining contact with distributors and customers.
•
Issuing invoices on a weekly basis.
•
Deliveries
•
Support salespeople on issues such as prices, availability, collection, etc.
•
Work interfaces with all departments
•
Responsibility for additional office matters as required
Required skills and experience:

Experience in administrative positions
-
ERP software knowledge - Priority, a significant advantage

Languages - English (mainly writing)
