Notice Regarding an Update to the Publication Date of the Responses to Clarification Questions in Connection with Public Tender No. 21/2026
The Migdal Tefen Local Industrial Council hereby announces a change in the date of publication of the responses to the clarifying questions regarding the tender in question.
The answers to the clarification questions, which were scheduled to be published on October 8, 2026, will be posted on the Council’s website on October 14, 2026, by 3:00 p.m.
The remaining terms of the tender remain unchanged

In accordance with the circulars of the Director General of the Ministry of the Interior No. 8/16 and 5/2017 (" Procedure for contracts for the performance of professional work requiring special knowledge and expertise or special trust relationships exempt from tendering" ) (hereinafter: " the Procedure "), the Migdal Tefen Local Industrial Council (hereinafter: " the Council" ), invites service providers/consultants who are interested in being included in the Council's list of consultants (hereinafter: " the Consultants Database "), to submit a request to be included in the online database in one or more fields.
This request does not constitute a tender, and accordingly, tender laws will not apply to it.
