In accordance with the circulars of the Director General of the Ministry of the Interior No. 8/16 and 5/2017 (" Procedure for contracts for the performance of professional work requiring special knowledge and expertise or special trust relationships exempt from tendering" ) (hereinafter: " the Procedure "), the Migdal Tefen Local Industrial Council (hereinafter: " the Council" ), invites service providers/consultants who are interested in being included in the Council's list of consultants (hereinafter: " the Consultants Database "), to submit a request to be included in the online database in one or more fields.
This request does not constitute a tender, and accordingly, tender laws will not apply to it.
