The Migdal Tefen Industrial Council offers entrepreneurs and investors a green path that includes personal guidance from the council and a basket of solutions tailored to the entrepreneur's needs - from planning and construction committees through the business license to ongoing operation:

A parcel of land approved by a local committee and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

A plan to divide a large lot into small lots. This plan is carried out by a certified surveyor. The lot must meet a minimum lot size.

Planning alternatives

Many planning alternatives were made until we reached an optimal plan that would provide a solution for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Committee Terms

The committee will discuss the council's request for division into lots, the plan's compliance with the sections of the Planning and Building Law and the regulations, and will consider approving with conditions, suspending and requesting amendments, or rejecting.

Manager's terms

The administration as the registered landowner must approve, agree and sign.

Requirements of the Ministry of Economy from the entrepreneur

Preparation by the professional team of the Ministry of Economy for a discussion in a coordination committee that includes representatives of the Development Zones Administration and the Attorney General

Bringing participants into a broad discussion and discussing the issue of recommending an exemption for the plot in question and/or rejecting additional conditions

Giving a recommendation

Upon receipt of the committee's consent, a recommendation is made to the administration to sign a contract with the entrepreneur requesting the application.

After preparing the contract and inviting it for signing, the developer will pay development expenses to the Ministry of Economy and capitalization fees to the administration.

Signing the administration contract, it is possible to submit plans to a local committee to receive a building permit.

The developer chooses an architect, determines a program, and begins preparing plans and submitting them to the planning committee.

After discussions and receiving relevant approvals from the planning committees, the developer receives a building permit in the first stage and, depending on his progress, an earthworks permit and, in the second stage, a permit for the structure or all together, and begins construction.
