The Council President's speech

The Migdal Tefen Local Industrial Council constitutes the employment area of the Galilee and has been developing greatly in recent years. As the head of the council, I believe that by strengthening employment in the Galilee, we will also strengthen national resilience and the concept of national cohesion in the State of Israel.

I am proud of the cultural and social richness among the residents of the Galilee, especially among those who work in companies and factories within the council. I see my role as head of the Tefen Council as a national project and will work to strengthen the occupational diversity among the thousands of council employees, a diversity that is part of the people's cohesion. I will work to increase the number of people employed within the council, encourage new entrepreneurs to come to us, and together with the council employees, we will provide service to the factories and companies within us. Tefen constitutes the employment space of the Galilee, and I believe that when the Galilee is strong, the North is strong, and the State of Israel is strong.
